A proud Tallahassee native, Ean’s early life was shaped by his experiences as a navy brat, with relocations across the United States, including his childhood years in beautiful rural Shelton, Washington. At the age of 17, Ean began his professional career with a local real estate office, where he led initiatives in leads management and inside sales. His innovative strategies and sales leadership were instrumental in scaling the firm’s operations, helping over 300 families each year achieve the American dream of homeownership.

With over a decade of expertise in sales leadership, business operations, and business development, Ean specializes in delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that foster long-term, sustainable partnerships. As a mission-driven leader, he is deeply committed to creating a lasting impact across Florida’s communities. Through his role with the Safety Council, Ean forms new alliances, deepens existing relationships, and champions initiatives that promote a safer, healthier, and more resilient workplace.
